What it Means to be a Woman of FAST
As any member of this organization, you have the responsibility to make everyone feel comfortable to be who they are, especially the women. College is the time for you to truly find who you are and this organization is one of the best ways to do so. However, in order to achieve this for all of the women of FAST, this means that high school drama needs to stay in high school. Each of you were chosen to be in this organization for who you are and that means that you need to respect all of your other fellow members and allow them to be the best versions of themselves.
Rules & Responsibilities
1. Respect the Men of FAST, even when they're being a hand-full.
2. Say hi to your fellow FAST members on ALL occasions.
3. Always be there for a friend in need, you are in this together.
4. Don't talk negatively about each other, none of that.
5.Don't be afraid to ask for tips and tricks from your fellow ladies.
6. Recognize that if you only give 50% of what you've got, you should only expect 50% of what you could have.
